2020 #BackToBasics

In my December review, I learned that I’ve helped many people in my lifetime as Therapist. I’ve also enjoyed helping many people in my 13 years of working in mental health field and 24+ years in the General Health field. I was so surprised at the numbers…I was a bit shocked.

So that motivated me more to write about what we will be doing with BOH. We will be collaborating with genuine people who want to voice about their health and causes. We will continue to provide social media services (strategy and development), we are after all a social media company.

I will begin with telling you that the people that we will be interviewing and telling you about are people in my life. People that I’ve had the opportunity to work with, talk to, have fun with and more so, enjoy being around. They are the people that have helped me when was going through my lows, when I couldn’t walk and the people that collaborated with me when I decided that I could create a megaphone, something that would allow others to have a voice. We will continue with the Tips and suggestions to help in everyday life. I’ve been wanting to do this since the first day I stood up and took a step again.

I will also to take Bloggers of Health #BackToBasics.

Did you know that Back to Basics was part of the name and the hashtag I first used when I had “Jes Sofia Says: Back to Basics” Blog? That’s how this all started. On top of being bed bound and not being able to walk and being Hella bored… oy vey! LOL. Those days are less now, but never forgotten. The pain is less and I’m not helping others increase and share their voice.

Collaboration has always been our forte, so we will continue with that. We’ve met amazing people in our journey with BOH path, and we can’t wait to tell you all about it. If you want to voice anything healthy, you are welcomed here.

I hope this year brings you more amazing, positive to your view, outcomes.

My goal with this is to nurture and give attention to the relationships we’ve already made. I want to know what my friends are doing, what positive things they are doing, even not doing. If they are doing amazing things, I want to tell about it. I can’t wait for a lot of fun making this happen.

Relationships are meant to be reciprocal. They are not that way a lot of the time, but from my end, I will do my best to make it that way.

Note: I used We and I intermingled… We don’t do this alone.

Happy 2020!
